Made in Serra de Mamede, Alentejo, Portugal made from white and red grapes from a 3 centennial vineyard field blend, about 14 varieties. Hand-picked harvest. Natural fermentation in a cement vat, red grapes were crushed and destemmed with nine weeks of maceration. Natural fermentation and ageing for 9 months in very old oak barrels of 225 litres.
