Elegast Cider – Plum – Apple + Plum

Elegast is the pioneering force behind the cider revolution in The Netherlands. From old organic orchards they harvest apple and pear varieties that fell out of fashion or from the kind that proved to difficult to use throughout the years. Instead of letting these fruits rot away, Elegast is glad to take them off your hands and turn them into a lot of different types of cider.

This cider is aged on fresh whole plums for a couple months before bottled with some sugar as a methode traditionele. After disgorging the crown cork is replaced with a champagne muselet
