We make sure everything we sell is packaged with great care so it gets to you safe and sound! We use boxes that are specially designed to keep fragile bottles safe when being shipped. The nice big fluorescent fragile sticker we slap on there should do the rest. If it does not get to you in one piece, please let us know so we can help you out!
If your wine is corked or completely faulty we prefer you come by so we can taste it together and give you a new bottle for free!
Other ‘faults’ or unexpected flavours in natural wine can be subject to taste and don’t guarantee a new bottle for free. Please remember it takes an open mind to discover the world of natural wine.
That depends! We ship from the Netherlands and usually everything arrives within 3 days. If you are a bit further away it might take 5 to 7 days to arrive.
For now, because of rules and regulation we are not allowed to sell anything above 15% ABV. We are working on making this possible in the future. There is so much more cool stuff out there waiting to be discovered!
We source our products from all over Europe with a strong focus on Portugal. Everywhere there are drinks that are rooted deep within their culture. They have a story to tell, heritage to share. We like to discover those stories and share them with you!
Some of our private labels have already hit the shelves! We have been cooking up recipes in our kitchen for as long as we can remember and are always working on finetuning the recipes so we can offer you nothing but the best. Stay tuned!
