From the region of Alentejo, Close to Estremoz comes Ciclo Vinho. A small independant house where Joachim Roque, Hugo Campos and Ana Paulino try to make the best wines they can, while intervening the natural process as little as possible. This palhete is a mixed wine made of about 30% white varieties and 70% red varieties. The grapes co-ferment into a delicious and soft palhete with a medium body, fresh red fruits, a taste of raspberry, strawberry and a clean, soft finish
