Domein Zavel – Pinot Noir 2021 – Red

Made in the southern Dutch town of Tegelen bij Domein Zavel. A project that recently started producing organic biodynamic wines. Made with minimal intervention in the Cellar and aiming to keep the wines fresh, vibrant and drinkable. For now the wines are produced with fruit brought in from the German Pfalz just over the border of Tegelen. In 2024 over a hectare of different varieties of grapes have been planted and over the coming years Domein Zavel will be transitioning for purchased fruits to their very own!
