This white wine is made of 70% Malvasia and 30% other traditional varieties to the region (Bastardo Branco, Formosa, Poilta and more). Grown on limestone and quartz soil. The grapes were trodden by foot and pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in INOX vats. The wines are unfined, unfiltered and with just 30mg/L of sulfite added before bottling. This is a medium bodied wine with a complex flavour profile, creamy mouthfeel and flavours of peach and sweet apple
