This red wine is made 90% Negreda and 10% other native varieties (Uva de Rei, Moscatel Preta, Moscatel Roxo etc.). Grown on limestone and quartz soil. The grapes were trodden by foot and pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in INOX vats. The wines are unfined, unfiltered and with just 30mg/L of sulfite added before bottling. This is a medium bodied wine with a complex flavour profile.
