Niloufar Wine – The Complete Collection (6)

After a few vintages with the help of other winemakers Niloufar has been cultivating her own vines in Catalunya, close to the Monserrat mountains, for about two years now. She makes wines from her own grapes as well as making ‘negocee’ wines,  where she buys the fruit of other farmers. She makes sparkling and still wines ‘without crap’ as she likes to say 🌞 In the spring of 2024 we joined her in Catalunya to help out and learn all about winemaking. A very interesting time where we have become good friends, so we are very happy to offer her wines now!
