Made in Serra de Mamede, Alentejo, Portugal from a four centennial vineyard field blend. Hand-picked harvest in August. Grapes crushed, pressed, and must decanted with chestnut flowers addition as a biological, natural alternative to sulphites. Natural fermentation without any sulphites and aging for 9 months in two very old oak barrels of 225 litres and a 1000 litres fudre. Bottled in April 2020. A very limited production of only 2170 bottles.
