Sir Francis Coffee Liqueur

Sir Francis is a small batch distilled liqueur made in The Netherlands. Made with freshly roasted fully traceable Colombian specialty coffee and combined with its own dried coffee cherry husk known as cascara. A product often discarded as waste but great for making syrups, soda’s and much more. Expect flavours stone fruit, rum raisin, steamed pear and black tea. Best enjoyed by mixing into your classic espresso martini, straight as digestif or by letting your imagination decide.
